Brooklyn Renovation

A couple, expecting their first child, purchased their first place together: a three bedroom, two bath apartment in a small Cobble Hill (Brooklyn) co-op. Aside from having the apartment painted and floors refinished, they engaged us to renovate their two bathrooms. This included expanding the size of the master bathroom and of the master bedroom closet. This required demolition and re-building of the walls separating the master bedroom from the bathroom and closet. The end result was a beautiful marble tiled bathroom and extra-large walk-in closet.
