Village Duplex

The owner of a West Village multi-family townhouse wished to combine two floor-through apartments into a new duplex apartment for herself. This work involved cutting open the floor which separated the two apartments and installing a new internal staircase. We also restored her historic wide plank pine floors, provided new plumbing and electrical lines, created a new kitchen, a renovated her two bathrooms. The end result was a beautiful Village home for her.
